"It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow. "

"Personal muy atento, cocina sin problema, cuartos limpios , pero no puse 5 estrellas porque el olor del agua con la que riegan el jardín es espantoso (huele a cloaca, al parece riegan con agua reciclada.. pero algo parece estar fallando ahí)."

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"Bathrooms were clean! Staff was responsive to needs. The room was very warm and ceiling fan never accomplished the cooling needed. Overall, it was comfortable. "
