This is an absolutely beautiful 4 star hotel that truly deserves to be rated 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the property. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay, and I can’t wait to return!

This was an amazing place to stay for our family of 4 - 2 college age children. Great location. Such a welcoming place- they allowed us to change and relax in the attached hotel 62 lounge- even encouraged us to take ice cream. You will not regret this choice!

Lovely hotel, great location, and fantastic staff! Valentina and Alex were so helpful at the front desk. The lounge staff were so friendly and wonderful. The breakfast offerings were tasty and varied. We really enjoyed our stay, and would easily book another stay here.

This was a fantastic hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The location is ideal for tourists -- near the cathedral, easy walking distance to all the Gothic Quarter and El Born activities. We stayed in a junior suite and it was excellent -- nice amount of space and a gorgeous view of the beautiful architecture in the area. The rooftop pool area and bar was excellent; we spent a couple of sunsets up there, which was nice because as hotel guests, we had priority over the visitors who lined up outside to get up there. The staff provided outstanding customer service throughout, including excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was top notch, as well. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely want to return when back in Barcelona.

Superb 4 night stay here, my room was spotless, all the hotel staff were amazing & couldn't do enough for you. Fluent English spoken by everyone. Lovely roof top pool and chill out area. Gym was great. The AC was THE COLDEST i've ever had in Barcelona! This is my new hotel now whenever I visit Barcelona. It really is a gem, such a great location as well. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I visit BCN at least twice a year and this is the only hotel i'll stay in now. 10/10
