Livigno, Charme Hotel Alexander

Ormai sono anni che scegliamo questo hotel e la soddisfazione è sempre al top. Forse un po' troppo onerose le condizioni di utilizzo della piscina/spa adottate per la tutela delle persone in tema di Covid 19. Per il resto tutto ok.

Die Lage war recht gut, nicht direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse, in der Nacht relativ ruhig, was ich zu schätzen wusste. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut! Die Portionen beim Abendessen waren leider ein wenig klein - die Qualität war aber gut. Dass man sich beim Frühstück aufgrund von COVID nicht selber bedienen durfte, fand ich ein wenig kompliziert, da trifft das Hotel aber keine Schuld.

Dejligt hotel. Morgenmaden var vældig god. Vi spiste frokost en enkelt dag og middag en anden aften. Det var altsammen OK. Bag (ovenover) hotellet går en sti, hvor der er smukke træskulpturer på begge sider.

Soggiorno Piacevole - Parcheggio Disastroso

Hotel vicino al centro di Livigno. Strategico. Spa molto bella. Pulizia camere alle ore 7.30 particolarmente rumorosa e contornata da donne delle pulizie "chiacchierone". Caos totale nella gestione dei parcheggi interni. Un minimo di organizzazione in più garantirebbe una qualità del soggiorno superiore.

Bel soggiorno alle porte di Livigno

Posto molto confortevole, pulizia e gentilezza del personale. Io e mio marito abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina all’interno dell’hotel, non molto grande ma molto carina e rilassante. La colazione poi è stata veramente ottima con molta varietà di scelta, dal dolce al salato, in una sala con una bellissima visuale sulle montagne. Unica pecca se si può chiamare tale è stata la visuale dalla ns camera che non offriva molto da vedere, Comunque un bel posto

La Spa ottima con personale altamente specializzato e ottimo avere la piscina interna usufruibile anche per i bambini. Negativo:primo impatto con hotel, manca l'indicazione dell'ingresso alla struttura. Inoltre hall buia così come il ristorante di sera. Troppo buio troppo anonimo. Abbiamo cenato una sera ma non siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La posizione dell'albergo è ottima con vista splendida sul paese e sulle piste e ben collegato con il centro.

Friendly hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly/service oriented and met us at the car and helped with the luggage. The hotel is close to one of the ski areas in Livigno only 5-7 min walk. To get into the city you need to take a bus but the stop is only a couple of min walk from the hotel. The bus to the city takes 10-15 min. There is a spa in the hotel which is not included in the price but only costs you 5 Euro. Breakfast is really great a lot of good healthy options. We were not very happy with our dinner at the hotel but the staff was very receptive of the criticism and handle it very professionally. We might only have had some bad luck with our choice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff make the hotel and the staff here are outstanding. Always eager to help. Room was a little tired, cobwebs in the corner but otherwise very clean and comfortable. I know the hotel cannot control it but the noise from adjoining rooms both to the side and above was excessive. Not exactly ski in ski out as I was led to believe but a 5-10 minute free bus runs every 10 mins or so which was great and free storage for ski equipment. Great breakfast with much on offer and lots of cakes
