Looks great from the outside. The room we were allocated was obviously a disabled room, as the bathroom had a wet room shower with a chair inside and the shower head was set for about 5ft at maximum height. The room looks good but little things like skirting boards looking tatty, windows screwed shut but one of the fasteners loose and large cobwebs above the wardrobe, not to mention the dripping shower, let it down. Staff were great letting us check in a little earlier and finding extra pillows late at night. Not a bad stay, just needs a little freshening up in places.

The hotel is very close to all shops and restaurants, so this is very convenient. We stayed for two nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay so bins were over flowing and we ran out of toilet roll. The floor had bits on it also. The hotel was very noisy at night, we were kept awake for two hours between 3 and 5 am by people in the next room laughing, playing loud music, using the jacuzzi etc The room was also quite dark, the lighting wasn't sufficient.

The property wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet extractor fan wasn't working in our room a few bulbs were out also.I definitely wont stay at this property again
