Rooms wee modern and clean. We had three beds in our room and the third bed was a proper bed, usually it's a camp bed/pullout bed in other hotels. Staff were welcoming and professional. Breakfast was superb with requests catered to. Buffet style at the weekend with both continental , toast , juice, tea/coffee and full Englishand additional cookedtoordsr options. Perfectly situated. Everything no more than 10mins walking distance away including train station, Liverpool One shops, Albert Docks and other attractions.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here and the hotel was immaculate. Very quiet, fabulous breakfast and helpful staff. Within short walking distance of train station, bus station, shops and attractions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great helpful staff. Lovely superior twin room. Very clean. Fan requested was already in place. Delicious fresh hot breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Stayed for 2 nights. Highly reccomend! I arrived late and was greeted warmly. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was nice, clean. Nothing to fault it. Breakfast was a bit poor, not for quality but for the fact it starts at 0730 and there was barely any food. By 0800 they had manage to get half the warm food out, added some pastry’s but I had to leave so no idea how it tastes.

First room wasnt up to much had some dampness in the corner but girl on reception was lovely and sorted another room for us which was great had a lovely stay and the breakfast was amazing. Shame we could only stay the 2 days in the end. Will definitely be back

Good central location which made the room noisy as we were located at the front of the hotel. Breakfast hit and miss, just warm on the 1st morning but cold on the 2nd morning. Bedrooms are dark and beds are small. Tables outside were mostly broken and wobbly, drinks were expensive from the bar. Would we stay again, unfortunately no.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay, hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were so helpful, even leaving a birthday card for my daughter, as we were in Liverpool celebrating her 18rh birthday. Would definitely recommend and looking to stay here again.
