Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with a friendly welcome from the front staff. Room was cleaned on the second day with fresh bedding and towels left out for us.

It’s an amazing place to stay at the room a well decorated and fancy best room I stayed was in floor 5 blue room but overall good customer service friendly staff supprise it’s rated as a 3 start hotel should be at least 4 but I highly recommend people to try this hotel out

Great location, funky hotel. Only issue was there was no in-room WIFI, apparently it was having issues. A bit annoying as I didn't have a UK data sim-card. I stayed here for Eurovision and it was a great location, very well organised and friendly staff. Clean and modern.

Quirky hotel but needs modernising in areas

Hotel entrance was very colourful and attractive, reception staff are very friendly. The remaining parts of the hotel need some modernising. Our room looked very tired and needed modernising. The jet tub was lovely but maintenance had to be called as the temperature tap was faulty. Overall it was a lovely stay, the location was perfect and i would stay hear again

Almost perfect

Very fancy and great value for money. Handy location in the city centre. Room was spacious and clean and the beds were huge. The jacuzzi bath in the room was also amazing *however* it was quite noisy when being filled (we got woken up at 3am by the same awful noise in the pipes when the room beside us used theirs after a night out, which was pretty annoying). There are some interesting design choices including a fish-eye mirror in the bathroom that I didn’t really understand but it’s mostly perfect otherwise.

The hotel was clean comfortable and central for everything we needed. However on arrival the reception staff were quite rude non helpful. The deposit that was taken for the room was £50 per person and I was informed it can take up to 5/10 working days to return and the photoID was a mess up too. They really need to inform guests prior to arrival.

Dirty jacuzzi long hairs and surface scum. Beds are single beds pushed together so separate when you move. Bed throw had disgusting stain on underside. Ridiculously noisy floors

Room was rundown and lots of damage windows didn’t open bolted shut people running around and screaming all night no phone in room to call reception. Other hotels have key open lifts and doors. Tap handles missing holes in floors.

Lied to repeatedly about different things, moved from room to room, keys constantly not working, left waiting around. Terrible communication and attitudes from staff. This is a completely mis-sold hotel. Do not recommend!

Had an enjoyable stay.. only two comments to be made. The first was on check in. The couple who I had booked a room for along with our own room didn’t have ID although I did. The young blonde girl on reception was very unhelpful and quite sullen. It was resolved in the end but not by her. The second was the water temperature in the room was too hot and we couldn’t regulate it as the tap was broken.
