"The staff went above and beyond!!! The desk team were always so pleasant, the bartenders went out of their way to serve us and always knew what drinks we preferred. They supplied us with ice every night. (we are American and we love our ice water at the end of the day). The atmosphere of the hotel was a Beatle’s fan dream. The location is excellent in regards to Beatles tourist sites and the Royal Albert Dock. Within walking distance of several Liverpool cultural sights. The overall area feels very safe for tourists. We loved it and would recommend the hotel!!!"
