Hotel was interesting with Beatles theme… very cute. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful. However, the dishes and cutlery were not properly washed. Dishes and cutlery provided to guests to eat their food with should be exceptionally clean and these were not. Plates had remnants of food on them, glasses had lipstick on them still. Coffee cups had stuff in the bottom. Very disappointing. Luckily we did not become ill from using these dishes.

Excellent visit.

Made very welcome upon arriving, check in was friendly and with a staff member sitting to welcome customers, something I’ve not experienced before….. my room was lovely, decorated as you would expect, with images of the Beatles, but stylishly and tastefully done. I would definitely stay here again!
