Lovely apartments. Wonderfully clean. Nice bathrooms. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was perfect for what we wanted and the staff were lovely. Have already re-booked for next year! We didn’t have enough cutlery for the number of guests. I didn’t raise this as I actually had some with me so wasn’t an issue but that was the only niggle.

Great Location

Great apartment, fantastic location central to docks, venues and town. Good facilities in Kitchen and 2 bathrooms, bed could have been more comfortable though.

Lilly on reception was friendly, helpful and excellent in her role. She checked us in early, the electric tripped in our bedroom and she came up right away and fixed. Thank you Lily. The only complaint about the outside are was it appeared to be in the process of being renovated

Stayed for a few nights. Really convenient for seeing Liverpool centre, Albert dock area. Easy to get buses at bus station a short walk away. Apart-hotel recently refurbished, clean, quiet, good value for extra space rather than hotel room for family (we had bedroom sofa bed). Slept well, shower was excellent.

High quality accommodation in a great location. The ground and first floors are still under construction so from outside it looks like it is not open but inside it is excellent. There is a discounted parking scheme at Kings that is about 5 mins walk. 👌 Restaurants at Albert Dock

Amazing stay, if you’re planning on going to Liverpool use these apartments. Immaculate and fantastic location right on Albert Dock, and great value.

From the outside the building didn’t look very inviting but inside and the apartment were well maintained, clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. it was nice to arrive to some teabags and milk in the flat. Easy to find and a great quiet location for visiting the city. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Apartment was nice and clean but it was really noisy outside with people arguing after their night out. The fire alarm also went off 3 times and we had to evacuate each time because of guests vaping in their room

Above all else just really friendly and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was good and served our needs for a 3 night stay well. The shower brilliant. A few little things could be improved like the mattress and ensuing tea towels and toaster in room but this does not detract from the excellent overall experience.

I loved my stay! I was doing a solo trip so I loved the fact that I had plenty of space to move around, the view was absolutely incredible , I loved the fact there were so many windows to look out of. Super clean too which was a bonus. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Amazing location with plenty of paid parking near by. Very new so all in spotless condition. Wish we'd been staying for longer and will definitely book again when visiting daughter at Uni.

Brilliant

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in, and i regularly travel across the country. Everything from the fantastic shower, to the comfort of the bed and pillows. Just incredible!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautiful, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise. The apartment is well equipped and the view of The Docks is stunning.
