"The hotel lobby is beautiful! The record players in each room and vinyls scattered around the hotel are a very unique touch! However, the king bed was much higher on the edges and forced you to move towards the middle of the bed which was sunken in. The coffee maker did not work well and when I made a cup of coffee it was full of grounds. We asked for a tea kettle to make hot water for tea and the front desk said it would be delivered but it never was. The shower head wasn’t great either. My expectations for a hotel of this caliber were much higher. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. Overall it was a decent stay but I was hoping it would be better. "

"Great breakfast and hot coffee. Room, bathroom and lobby were very clean. Walls are paper thin. Disappointed that the EV charger was not working. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended up getting resolved. "
