"The staff was professional. The room we were assigned was in need of serious renovation. The general condition of the property is also in need of renovation. The hot springs spas were in clean condition and were available 24/7 however they were worn hard. The beds were clean. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back next January and stay for more than two nights. It's a block off the main drag, which means it is quieter, but walking distance to some great restaurants. The pool area is clean and has lots of umbrellas for shade. The room had some nice extras...a fridge and microwave, as well as the important Keurig. The bed was comfy. The air/heating unit is a little loud but those usually are. It was fine. "

"Ridiculously expensive for a very average room experience. The amenities are wonderful and the restaurants are decent but the room for what you pay for is certainly not worth it. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous which makes up for the lack of consistent cleaning, old furniture, saggy mattress and 4 star accommodations. "
