"Our absolute favorite part of being in Jamacia was staying in the Dragon Fly Cottage hosted by Geneva and her husband Shawn and their three sons. Everyday Geneva would cook a fantastic breakfast and dinner, served hot and after the meal would take the dirty dishes away. Right off our deck was avocados, jackfruit, all spice, papaya as well as a mango tree just down the path. The view was amazing. The rain on the tin roof, the treefrogs singing, the multiple hummingbirds and geckos made every day...

"Incredible views from the cottage. Tropical flowers perfume the mountain air. Great bird watching and snorkeling. Sean and Geneva are great hosts. We loved interacting with their boys and cooking meals in their traditional outdoor kitchen. Geneva is a great cook, we recommend trying it out. We are glad we rented a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to the small community of Kentucky in the Jamaican Highlands. It is a 30 minute drive to the beach at Bluefields. "No cable.. return to property at 10:45 pm the gate was closed. I had to open the gate to enter the property. Pathway to my room was dark. I found this to be unsafe. Overall staff members were pleasant.. property needs to be renovated. Poorly kept."

"Ein ganz tolles Erlebnis. Sehr nette Gastgeber Familie. Traumhaftes Grundstück, schöner Ausblick. Ein mega Abenteuer. Man kommt gut zurecht mit dem was man hat. Man kann unglaublich viele Tiere und Pflanzen/Blumen etc. sehen und beobachten. Ausstattung reicht aus. Wenn was fehlt hilft der Gastgeber immer weiter. 2 Wochen pure Erholung.
