"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

"A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? Yes, it met our needs, nicely located for a walking weekend and our host was very helpful in answering all our questions"

"Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

Only issues was the limited head room in places as this is located in the roof space of the building ie toilet area of bathroom, shower, living room. "I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight."

"The hotel was good. I had a sea facing room. The room was spacious but the mirror light was not functioning. We couldn't keep the window open and it was so hard to open. We wanted to open the window and turn the AC off as this was right above the bed. The room was too warm with the AC off and blows too cold even on the low setting when it was on, so we would have liked to just open the window but this was too difficult to open and aslo impossible to keep open"
