"We had a frustrating first impression - the hotel isn't marked at all for entering - there were barriers in every direction, and when we tried to speak with the receptionist, the speaker next to the barrier was of such poor quality that we couldn't understand her in either English or French. After finally walking around the barriers and getting to the hotel, the front door isn't marked, and I tried to go through the restaurant doors which are more prominent than the actual hotel, but were locked. Then we we got the room key and tried to park in the parking garage the place to swipe the key card means you have to get out of your car, swipe the card, get back in the car and practically touch the barrier before it would lift. We later picked up elderly relatives from the airport, and had no way to drop them at the front entrance. (There is a way, but no signage or explanations in any language.)
