Marcus on the front desk was so friendly checking us in! Waffles for breakfast were delicious too. One thing to note which wasn’t an issue at all, but worth knowing, is that there is no lift. Marcus made us aware of this when he gave us the option of an upstairs or downstairs room, so it was no problem, but if you can’t do stairs just make sure you request a ground floor room when you book.

No general complaints about the hotel, staff where helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. One specific issue i would raise is that staff working in what i assume is the laundry next to room 118 at night realise that guests are sleeping and don't need to hear singing, radio and banging of boxes at 4am.
