"This home was in a great location, convenient to Visalia and Sequoia NP. There was plenty of room, and the a/c worked great! The issue for us was maintenance and cleanliness. The couches and barstools were so stained and dirty that we covered them with sheets and towels before we sat down. There were only 4 forks in the home. Dirty cabinets and tubs. Towel racks falling off the walls. The yard needed serious weeding. It could be a great home with a little TLC."
