I loved how non touristy the area was. There are also many shops nearby. The balcony was a very nice and unique feature. If you need the metro it is just a couple of streets down!

Das Guest House besteht aus einer Wohnung mit 5 zu vermietenden Zimmer (Einzel- oder Doppelzimmer) 2 Bädern und einer Küche. Der Check-In ist leider erst ab 15 Uhr vorgesehen. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber, aber stark Renovierungsbedürftig. Auch sind die Zimmer teilweise extrem laut, aufgrund des andauernden Straßenlärms sodass ich nur schlecht schlafen konnte. An sich ist die Lage gut, es gibt unten eine Bäckerei und gegenüber einen kleinen Supermarkt und der Weg ins Zentrum dauert ca. 20 Minuten.

2 nuits à Lisbonne en famille.

Accueil plus que discutable car la personne était en pleine conversation téléphonique visio, en parlant extrêmement fort et que nous avons dû attendre 20 min pour faire le Check-in. La chambre et lits propres confortables mais gros bémol car pas de rideaux occultants ou volets donc lumières de là ville toute la nuit. Et emplacement très bruyant donc sommeil fragile impossible. Pour finir la salle de bain était très sale, rasoir et produits personnels laissés sur place, plus de papier toilettes… Bref c’était pas top. Point positif malgré tout : le prix et la chambre pour 5.

Em casa.

Estadia agradável e acolhedora, quarto pequeno porém confortável. A cozinha é bem equipada e com todos os utensílios que você pode precisar para a preparação das refeições. A casa de banho é extremamente limpa e organizada. A Ana é um show de pessoa, muito gentil e atenciosa, diria que ela é uma mãezona - sempre atenta as necessidades dos hóspedes.

Great stay.

Great stay! Room was pretty basic, a bed and cubes to store your stuff. When I asked about a work space, they immediately moved in a desk from another room. Very friendly and helpful! Nice area with a few restaurants and shops nearby. Bus stop just steps away to the main tourist stops and metro about 10 min away. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean Decent wifi. No sign on the door, but #61 clearly on building.

We found this place a little bit hard to find, but it was so clean and comfortable. The service was amazing! The area felt more local, which we really enjoyed. Lots of cafes around and a grocery store right across the street.

Excelente custo-benefício

Turista de primeira viagem fiquei muito na dúvida na hora de encontrar um local próximo de pontos de transporte público. O apartamento é muito bem localizado com parada de ônibus dos dois lado da rua levando para todos os sentidos de Lisboa, o metrô é subindo três ruas (cerca de 500m), na frente tem um minipreço (supermercado) e duas ruas ao lado mais dois supermercados, nas laterais tem lojas de 1 euro, cheio de variedades para comprar, lojas de roupas, farmácias, restaurantes e padaria. O único ponto negativo é que é no segundo andar e o prédio não tem elevador, sendo ruim para carregar as malas. Fui em julho, o local n tem ar condicionado, mas faz frio de noite e no início da manhã, não havendo necessidade de ar condicionado.

Ok for the price, not that great overall.

The place is quite close to metro station (10 mins walk). It is an apartment in an old apartment house. It is charming, but don't expect anything fancy. It's quite clean, but not that clean :) the bed had a pretty firm materace (too hard for us) and creaked a lot. Two bathrooms, one pretty nice, the second one older, but both well equipped. Fully equipped kitchen. The water heater failed from time to time, which might result in a cold shower. If you consider the price, it's all ok, but don't expect anything extra. I had to pay additional tax and cleaning fee, which is not that clearly stated in the reservation mail, but i guess it's hotels.com related stuff. Ah, the host is really pleasant and nice :) it is also quite hard to find it at first time, because there is no sign at front door, I suggest calling the owner.

Fajne apartamenty na weekend.

Fajne miejsce z wyposażoną kuchnią. Czysto. Jedyna wada to chyba standard w Lizbonie, czyli ciepła woda z piecyka gazowego, na którą potrzeba bardzo długo czekać i mieć nadzieję że nikt nie skorzysta akurat z drugiej łazienki.
