Amazing welcome and staff !! They know their city so well and were always so accommodating and friendly. We loved the tapas dinner and spectacular fado concert, we met so many great travellers here. Everything was very clean and well organised. The evening tea service after a cold but wonderful day in Sintra was just perfect. Will be back to see more of the city and to visit this hostel.

Très bon accueil de l'équipe avec des explications pour faire les visites. En revanche très bruyant et odeur de canalisation désagréable dans la chambre. Pti dej basique mais sympa. Attention beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder aux chambres.

O Hostel é muito limpo e bem localizado. No entanto, após ficar em varios hostels em diversos países da Europa, esse me pareceu ter uma espécie de má fé. Compramos um passeio de 35 euros, sem nenhuma informação de custo adicional. Como era o dia inteiro imaginamos q teríamos que almoçar lá e tudo bem. Mas ao ir para o ponto de encontro na hora marcada, o motorista atrasou e qdo chegou falou q teríamos de comprar o almoço na cafeteria do hostel e era 6 euros. Minha amiga falou q isso não foi avisado e preferia comer lá. Ele fez cara feia e falou q la era mais caro. Chegando lá ele falou q teriamos q comprar ingressos em todos os lugares e q teríamos de enfrentar filas de até 40 minutos! Nada havia sido previamente informado, nem os valores dos ingressos!! Lendo as placas eu e minhas amigas descobrimos q poderia comprar pela internet, era mais barato e não precisava ficar nas filas. Todos ficaram revoltados pq o hostel não passou essa informação hora nenhuma. E pra fechar a comida lá não só era mais barata como mais palatável. No hostel vc tem q ficar alerta pois tudo é pago (como em todo hostel) mas NÃO pode pagar na hora do consumo! Só no checkout e em dinheiro!! E eles anotam numa lista coisas q o hóspede não consumiu, vc tem q checar todo dia para ver se está tudo ok. O pior hostel da Europa.
