The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Lisbon and although the walks into the centre take a little longer, it was worth being in a quieter location. The room was excellent and well provided, with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Staff contacted us before arrival to confirm arrival time and check whether we had any special requests.

If you stay anywhere in Lisbon make sure it’s Sublime! Big shout out to Inés on reception. The level of service and attention to detail at Sublime is next level! We’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel and the attentiveness made the experience even more special. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back. Breakfast was incredible and delicious. The rooms, the restaurant and common areas were beautifully designed. You will not regret staying here!

Unique and comfortable boutique property in a quiet area. Room was clean and quirky, a bit of a strange layout but overall attractive. Breakfast was decent, if a bit bland. Front desk service was excellent. Not sure of other amenities available (I.e. gym) as those weren’t noted or easy to find.

Staff was very good and concierge was excellent. However, the room we got did not look anything like the photos and room layout was very very odd with door and wardrobe on one end of a long rectangular room, a bath tub smack in the middle and bed, coffee table and a chair squeezed to the other side, which we found to be not very convenient. That said, we cannot give enough credit to the staff who were all excellent.

Sublime Lisboa is a delightful boutique hotel situated in a lovely and convenient area of Lisbon. The property and our suite were beautiful and clean and met all our expectations and more! Staff were superb - from the concierge team, to the manager, and the wait/cooking staff! Concierge staff were super attentive and assisted us with each aspect of our daily planning and trip agenda. They were reachable at all times of the day and helped us navigate meals and change in itinerary plans. We truly felt like part of their intimate family. Each night during turn down service there was something little for us which we really appreciated - from dessert delicacies to lip balm, linen aroma spray, and foot cream. We will absolutely be returning to Sublime Lisboa again and look forward to visiting their other property in Portugal! A big thank you to all the staff that made our family reunion a special one!
