Pretty central property, spacious, towels are offered (would’ve preferred some more just because we were 3 sharing a toilet so having hand towels would’ve been good), clean sheets. Apartment is tidy (could be cleaner). But overall it was a great experience, very easy to access and host is responsive.

Wooden folding kitchen chairs were the only seating and very uncomfortable. Roomy. Good kitchen. Cleaning person for the apartment was very helpful. Helped us get a taxi when we left. If you’re using the train or metro it is a long hilly walk.

We tried to get in touch with the host about a modification in our reservation, we never received any reply… Overall the apartment is not bad, great location however a lot could be done to be improved. Wi-Fi was not working most of the time

the accommodation was easy to find. However, it was not clean,the shower was leaking water everywhere. The whole street was very loud constantly 24/7. We didn't get a key for the door, so every time we had to pull the door with force to lock it.

Good spot and good price for a quick overnight

It was a bit hard to find the apartment since there is no sign. But as soon as we found the right location a woman came out to greet us and gave us the door code for the street and a key for the apartment. The apartment is very basic but also nice and clean. The location is good, close to an ok Santos neighborhood grocery and very close to an excellent breakfast place, Flora and Fauna. The only real disappointment was the old mattress since we could feel every spring. But this is a good place for a short low budget stay.

The door code wasn’t invalid at last night, we’re not able to join any of the contacts that Severa gave us. We had to book another hotel… finally we joined a contact from the Expedia reservation who was able to give us a code so we were able to take our luggage’s. Lots of money and time lost for me and my son ….

Bel appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel. Très bien situé et très éclairé; mis à part les oreillers, le lit est très confortable. Points faibles : pour un long sejour, il manque quelques éléments à l'appartement pour être no.1 genre papier hygiénique, savon pour la lessive et pour le lave-vaisselle. Enfin (l'hotel n'y est pour rien) le bruitet extérieur et ce jusqu'à tard le soir. Heureusement resto, bistro, bar qui sont dans le quartier ferment à 00h. Donc, pour les couche tôt, à éviter. Quelques éléments à réparer: le banc de toilette, la poignée du lave-vaisselle, la porte de l'armoire qui cache le lave-linge, le plafonnier de la pièce du garde-robe, la lampe muralr à gauche du lit. Malgré tout, nius avons grandement apprécié notre séjour au Severa Apartements

It was good. Specially as we arrived earlier and needed to switch rooms because we moved from a 2 to a 4 paxs room. The walls were thin and some other gusta loud so keep in mind it is not a quiet area. Other than that. It was perfect

Die Unterkunft lag gut erreichbar in der Altstadt. In der Nähe waren ein Kiosk, ein Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria. Das Apartment war sauber und ruhig. Die Küche war funktional eingerichtet. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und wir würden wiederkommen.

À FUIR!!!!

Appartement sale, mal isolé, les propriétaires intransigeant qui ont refusé de nous rembourser pour qu’on puisse aller ailleurs! Nous avions réservé deux nuits, rentrer a été un réel calvaire! L’odeur du canapé et des plaids n’en parlons pas! Des traces fécales dans les WC, rideau de douche plein de moisissures, machine à laver inutilisable au vu de l’état, frigo et four sale! Nous avons du tout nettoyer et JAVELISER avant de nous doucher! Les photos prouvent clairement tout!

L’appartement est directement dans la rue (aucune insonorisation). Les gens sont très bruyants dans le secteur et les camions de poubelles passent pendant la nuit et font tout un vacarme. Il fait également chaud, car il n’y a qu’un petit ventilateur pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons dû acheter du savon pour le corps. Il y avait aussi des taches blanches suspectes sur le divan vert. Les taxis ont de la difficulté à trouver l’endroit semble-t-il. Je dirais que l’appartement en général était quand même bien pour y rester 3 nuits. Le petit frigo était bien apprécié!

Aucune insonorisation de la porte extérieure via la rue, le quartier était très bruyant la nuit. Les instructions données pour ouvrir la porte de l'appartement étaient incomplètes. C'est difficile d'accès pour les taxis et pour le deplacement avec une valise. Aucune réponse à nos demandes n'a été donnée durant notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement, à éviter.

Great neighborhood

We absolutely oved LIsbon and we absolutely loved the neighborhood, Madragoa. This was the perfect apartment for us. Our host was very helpful at all times and everything is close at hand in the neighborhood included some of the best food you'll every eat. You can Uber or cab into the center but you're probably going to do some hilly walking.

Es war toll ausgestattet und ruhig mit sogar Aussicht auf den fluss und die Dächer der Stadt. Die Kommunikation war eingeschränkt. Den code für den zugang bekam ich erst 3h vor check in.

La ubicación es buena aunque un poco ruidosa. A pesar de ser una calle peatonal, hay mucho ruido de los vecinos que conversan afuera y al ser un primer piso se escucha mucho. El departamento no tiene aire acondicionado y al no poder cerrar las ventanas por el calor, el ruido se escucha más.

Clean, comfortable but could be improved

I usually stay in hostels when travelling but decided to treat myself and booked an apartment for a change. There was no customer service as it was access via codes which was quick and effective and I had no problems so can’t comment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with appropriate furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. It would have been nice to have some coffee left for the very nice machine that was installed because I couldn’t find a shop locally that sold the right sort, therefore a bit pointless. The thing that let it down was the bathroom, poor drainage and ventilation meant it was hot and smelled badly, had mould on one wall and the shower fitting did not work so you had to hold the shower head to shower - this was my main annoyance as that’s a very simple basic you expect when paying €127 for two night stay.
