Bring a sleeping bag

It was very basic and dated. The staff were lovely however I had to go looking for any pillows and couldn’t find a duvet or sheets. Ended up having to get a sleeping bag liner from decathlon because I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been washed (marks on mattress sheet)

I wanted to complain about *Residencial Horizonta * that we stayed from June 3 to 11 in Portugal Lisbon. The room was dirty. There are bed bugs, we all got bites on body. I complained to the front desk, but not getting any help. The front desk staff not even write down our complain. He asked us to talk to the manager but didn’t give us the manager contact. We found that it’s no point to get any help from the hotel or argue with the staff. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation, and further damage our body with bug bites. We decided to find another hotel. We didn’t use the room for 3 nights and much appreciate that if Expedia can step in and offer some credit or compensation for future trip.

Buena ubicación y buen precio para la zona.

Elegimos este hotel por la ubicación. Tiene una parada de metro en la acera de enfrente. Y un parking muy económico en el edificio de al lado (Parque Maria Cristina). El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero compensó que nos dieron la única habitación que hay en la última planta. Era enorme, con 5 camas, 2 televisores y 2 aires acondicionados. El baño muy amplio. Con bañera. Eché de menos un minibar para tener agua fresquita. El desayuno incluido en el precio era bastante aceptable, con un salón de desayunos con unas 20 mesas, no tuvimos problemas de espacio. Lo recomiendo.

Básico para um pernoite.

Cheguei na hora prevista para o check in, fui avisado o check-in demoraria uma hora por salta de pessoal. No dia seguinte, 5 minutos depois do horário de check out, fui secamente "convidado“ por telefone a deixar o quarto pelo mesmo funcionário que fez o check in. Café da manhã bem básico, mas suficiente pra começar o dia. A senhora do café da manhã é muito atenciosa. O quarto é pequeno, mas funcional. O banheiro é claustrofóbico (1,5 m² - sanita, chuveiro e pia), Box da ducha com cortina colando o tempo todo no corpo.

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und frage mich wohl zu Recht, warum man in ein kleines Zimmer 3 Betten quetschen muß, sodaß ein Bewegen kaum möglich ist. Außerdem ist in der heutigen Zeit eine Steckdose im Zimmer, die man zudem noch hinter dem Bett suchen muß, mehr als rückständig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück und die Metrostation genau gegenüber !
