Appartement très joli, mais aucun insonorisation, on entendait les voisins comme si ils étaient dans notre appartement! Joints de la douche et lavabo avec un peu de moisissure, à revoir....

Proximité des quartiers Baixa, alfama et du castelo sao jorge est un vrai plus ! Par contre nous avons été déçu de l'appartement qui "présente" plutôt bien" sur le papier: poussière sous les meubles, odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain, et isolation phonique désastreuse ... nous sommes restés 6 nuits ... lesquelles ont été particulièrement compliquées. les voisins n'étaient pas spécialement bruyant, mais nous entendions la TV, les conversations, les ronflements la nuit ... comme si nous y étions ! Qui plus est il ne s'agit que d'un studio dans lequel 2 lits doubles sont installés, ce qui est un peu "court" pour un appartement qui est présenté comme ayant une VRAI chambre. Bref, la "promesse" n'a pour nous pas été tenue !!! Dommage, car mis à part ce couac, la découverte de Lisbonne à été un réel plaisir.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The security is appalling! SOMEONE OPENED OUR APARTMENT DOOR WITH KEYS AT 2AM! We were terrified and called Expedia, who were unable to contact the property management, despite calling their 24 hour number. We ended up barricading the door with furniture to keep us safe. Suffice to say we didn’t get any sleep that night. On closer inspection of the door, there were clear signs of forced entry attempts. We also sent a message to the apartment management via Expedia’s messaging system. We could see from the chat that they had seen our message but they had made no effort to reply or contact us to explain the situation. NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION! In addition, communication from their end was very poor. We had to persistently message to confirm the check-in time and detail. The walls, ceiling and door are also not sound-proof - we could hear every movement and conversation from the apartment upstairs and next door. I’ve stayed at many hotels and apartments over the years and this is the worst! Would strongly recommend avoiding this place!
