A informação sobre check in 24 horas induz ao erro pois ao entrar em contato com a recepção do Hostel fui informada que estaria liberado o quarto somente às 15 HS e fiz a reserva somente pelo fato de chegar com criança às 7h da manhã e precisar de algum lugar para deitar após uma viagem de 24 HS. Cordialmente a Inês nós recebeu às 10.30h horário que inicia a recepção e liberou o quarto após a limpeza concluída às 11.30h. O espaço é aconchegante, super limpo e organizado. Camas, toalhas e banheiro compartilhado extremamente limpos. Minha primeira vez em Hostel e recomendo esse com toda certeza.

Excelente experiência de hostel.

O atendimento é ótimo e a localização não poderia ser melhor. O edifício é velho, contudo, de modo que pode haver alguma dificuldade com o elevador, que por vezes fica parado em algum andar e inacessível ao uso.

Cute hostel in the heart of Lisbon. Close to metro. We only stay one night, but it was very enjoyable. Staff very friendly, bathroom small but very clean.

Excelente.

A estadia foi excelente...a Maria tem uma educação fora do comum e foi muito prestativa e também nos deixou fazer o check in antes do horário. Único fato um pouco desconfortável foi no banheiro das duchas não haver separação de homem e mulher e ser bem pequeno fazendo com que a roupa molhe durante o banho.

Lisbon Forever Hostel

Extremely happy with our stay. The hostel was very clean and nicely decorated. Shared washrooms and kitchen were always kept tidy. The hostel isn’t huge; just 6 rooms. You can hear others, but with few rooms there aren’t a lot of people to make noise. On first glance I thought the location was a little further from the city center than we would’ve liked, but after walking all around we were pleased that it was located just outside the downtown. Extremely easy to walk but a little quieter.

Redelijk hostel met goede kamers. Locate is ook prima. De toiletten zijn zo klein dat iedereen langer dan 1.80 met z'n knieen en gezicht tegen de deur zit geklemd. Douches hangen laag, en de cabines hebben geen ruimte om kleding of handdoeken op te hangen zonder nat te worden, of om je af te kunnen drogen.

This Hostel was decent . I never interacted with the staff since my check in and check out times were late or early . However the communication via email and phone was great . The rooms were clean and I had no problem with all the self check in services . The bathrooms were tiny , but it worked for a temporary stay . Enjoyed my stay

とてもいいホステルでした。 観光地に行くには、公共交通機関必須ですが、近くにデパートや眺めのいい公園があり、 空港にもメトロ一本で行けます。 ホテル自体は、少し古い建物の６階のワンフロアがホテルになっており、規模の小さなホテルで、レセプションも10時から18時という時間限定ではありましたが、 時間外のチェックインだと鍵の開け方等は、メールでお知らせしてくれました。 キッチンも備わっており、部屋も毎日きれいに掃除してくれ、ベッドメイキングまでしてくれていました。

Awesome choice!

I was there very briefly, but have only positive things to say. The woman who greeted me was lovely, the rooms sunny and beautiful, the facilities lovely, and everything very clean. I loved the decorations in the common area and all the balconies in the rooms. It was very quiet when I was there, which worked well for me. A great stay!

I was basically in the hostel to sleep there. Price an location are really good. The staff was friendly, the huge common kitchen a plus. The only negative thing is, it's really loud during night time. Sleeping with an open window is not a really good idea and the bunker beds are creaking a lot. So if you sleep under some one who is moving a lot while sleeping, you'll definitely feel and here it cause everything is wiggling too. So for people with a light sleep, a shared room is maybe not the best idea. If you are looking for a good location, do not want to spend too much money and can sleep under any conditions, this hostel is recommendable!

서비스 최악. 리셉션 한번만 봄. 체크아웃 할 때.

첫날 도착은 낮에 했는데. 리셉션이 없어서 게스트인지 누구에게서 도움 받고 리셉션 관리자에게 전화함. 오늘 아파서 쉰다고 ㅎ 열쇠는 알아서 저 통에 있으니 가져가라고. 전혀 미안해 하지도 않음. 그리고 어찌저찌 해서 방문 열고 제가 알아서다함. 키친은 여기고 저기고 등등 가르처줄 수가 없었고. 건물 빌딩 6층에 위치하고 조식은 근처 카페로 가야함. 참 불편 ㅎ 내가 다음날 체크아웃 할 때 이틀뒤 다시 여기 묵으러 온다 비밀번호 나 등등 문자로 보내주라. 하니 알겟다고 함 내가 그날은 밤에 도착한다고 미리 다 이야기 했는데 어제 도착해서 아무런 연락도 없고 심지어 이번에도 게스트가 문 열어줌. 전화해서 왜 문자 안했냐니 뭐 보냈는데 등등 변명만 함. 위치도 별로. 서비스 아주 최악. 사과도 안함. 다신 안가요. 제가 만약 영어를 아예 못했으면 어떻게 처리 햇을지 참 궁금. 리셉션이 없어요 여기 ㅋㅋㅋ 참나.

직원이 매우 친절해요. 비행기를 갑자기 바꾸게 되어서 리스본에서 이틀을 더 있어야했어요. 급하게 예약하고 갔는데 깨끗하고 친절했습니다. 개인락커랑 방키도 있어서 좋았고 근처에 백화점이랑 지하철역이 가까워서 편했어요 !
