the entry to the property is somewhat narrow and a bit challenging but once inside, it was very easy to get in with the lock codes etc. Room was very clean and the toilet was really nice. We stayed only one night. Shopping and dining places are nearby and Lisboa airport is also very close. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property

No human greeting. just numbers to punch. room in basement. elevator access only. I think. Bed comfortable, room very badly lit, only desk lamp that was a challenge to turn on, used bathroom light to see.Over priced for the offer.Thought I was getting a nice hotel room. instead room in basement

Communication with this property is great. Check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The room we had (106) was spacious and very comfortable. The bed is amazing! There is a small Nespresso coffee maker in the room as well as a kettle and mini fridge. The hotel is clean and well cared for - as well as the grounds. With the gate system, it is very safe. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next trip.
