Good Hotel

Good location, the receptionist Pablo was really friend, gave us a good customer service and also good tips where to go in Lisbon. We had a really nice sleeps there and the area we felt safe.

Great location

The location is perfect, close to the city and there are various types of transport available. The staff is very friendly and provided everything we need. The room and bathroom was a bit small but it can be managed. Breakfast is average, had everything needed but could be better. Overall the hotel was great.

Great hotel, rooms and beds are perfect for family stays. Street parking was available every time we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was also great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get around for site seeing. Only thing that I can say is that the room it self is dated, could use new floors and maybe updating the bathroom. The family and I only spent the nights here for sleeping as our primary reason to visit was for sightseeing Lisbon and taking it all in. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Room was fine. Plenty of beds and clean linen. Noisy at night and construction work going on around hotel which was not aware of. Also, in bathroom ceiling that had a piece of plasterboard screws in to fill it, but not been plastered over. Breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Would stay again as did the job.

Smelly room!!

We stayed overnight and all I can say is I would not have survived the smell in our room another moment longer. It smelt of sewage. It was horrible and we couldn’t get out of there quick enough. But on the positive the staff at reception were helpful in looking after our luggage when we arrived before check in so we could explore the city.

The location is secure and nice, walking distance to many attractions. Moreover, the personnel were very hospitable and friendly. For instance, they helped me storying my luggages before check in and after check out. Nevertheless, my room didn’t match with the pictures. Although my room was always clean, it was extremely small, including an awful distribution of the toilet. Plus, the main door of the room didn’t close properly.

the hotel is terrible.we had bed bugs and they did not want to do anything about it. they had moved us from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor the 2nd night because the 3rd floor room was old but they knew there were ed bugs on the 4th floor (receptionist mentioned that they had another case of bed bugs on the 4th floor so they knew!) I got bitten 2 nights and filmed one on the bed cover, terrible !!!!!
