The outside courtyard was so nice and relaxing. Great location in Alfama district. Close to so many places, attractions, but in a quieter area. Breakfast had great selections.

The room was perfect! Had a beautiful view of the water, and right in the middle of Alfama with all of its cute little lanes! Would definitely go there again. Staff are excellent!

Excellent location, a slight downhill walk from the main road where tram 28 goes by, so don’t wear heals. Rooms and amenities are modern and clean. AC great, hot shower. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was small by US standards, but adequate, clean and nice. They offered a great breakfast buffet which was in the rate. The location was great and close to about everything a person would want to see; and very conveniently close to the cruise terminal. The rate was a bit high, but probably not bad for a European hotel.

Hotel entrance is hard to find because it has a restricted narrow access. Guests may have to walk down a cobblestone road with luggage. The rooms are clean and functional however the beds are uncomfortable. The mattresses are very firm. The staff is very helpful and professional.

The hotel itself is very clean with comfortable beds. We were surprised that the pool was a wading pool not a swimming pool which we had hoped for. The staff was wonderful! They were helpful and friendly. Many great restaurants close by.and in the historical area.

I would like to recognize the front desk associate Isabella! Her assistance with helping me retrieve valuable items left behind in a tuktuk was immeasurable. Her patience and kindness will be what I remember most about this hotel. Hospitality is an amenity that is often taken for granted. Thank you again for a wonderful stay in beautiful and spiritual city, that I will be returning too.

We truly loved the room for our 3-night stay in Lisbon - clean, modern, comfortable with modern air conditioning and deco fully updated. Breakfast was awesome. Wifi was weak on the upper floor - would be great if you put an amplifier

Front desk staff were excellent! Checked us in early! Breakfast was so good for a hotel included breakfast. Rooms are small but so clean! Location is great...within walking distance of everything including cruise port. Only con was finding the hotel. It is down a side street that Uber can't go down.

This was a charming spot. Very helpful staff. The room was very squatty for a family of 4 but we made do for one night. Our kids took the good bed upstairs (jerks) so we had to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs.
