Nice, Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff

Hotel Capital turnednout to be a nice, clean hotel that I was able to book last-minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily, and the included breakfast buffet was good. Only minor complaints were about the lack of a bathroom door and need for shelves andnhooks in the bathroom.

Remodeled small hotel, located in a nice residential area, not far from the airport but too far away from.the main tourist area, however metro and bus stops are very near. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Old towels, bathroom smelled bad and the cleaning lady forgot everday to replace my water botlle.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. There was many kinds of bread, warm things, fruits etc. Location was good, quiet neighbourhood and two metro station within walking distance. The only downsite was that the refrigerator in the room was noisy.

Pleasant Stay

Staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in and out. There was a male staff member at the reception who was cold and indifferent. Not even a hello or have a safe trip to us as we left the hotel. Breakfast was delicious; kudos to the kitchen staff. Room was clean, organized and well stocked. We stayed three nights and did not need room service. Bedding was okay and climate control made for better sleeping. Fridge was disconnected but we did not need to use it. Flat-screen tv with numerous channels in multiple languages. No microwave in the room but staff kindly allowed us to use the one in the kitchen area. Reliable elevators. Eco-friendly hotel.

This property is a gem. Just a minute walk from the metro in a quiet and safe business district. Many food choices and cafes. I especially like the space of the room. It is a fuss-free establishment, with good toiletries fitting. I would definitely recommend this establishment to practical, neat and fuss-free travellers!

Great location.

We visited Lisbon for the champions league final. The hotel is a great location to be able to get the bus from the airport, 783 or 744. Straight forward and cheap. We were able to walk to the stadium, abt 50 mins. Meant we avoided crowded buses and metros both way. The hotel was comfortable, room safes didn't work. Breakfast was included but we didn't use as service finished at 10am. Reception friendly. Nice balconies but no chairs for sitting out. 2 lifts, 1 didn't work. We asked for rooms next door but were on different floors disappointing but nothing else. Quiet location, so slept well. Fridge, tea, no coffee or milk. Overall good value, close to centre of Lisbon, plenty of cafes and supermarkets close by. Would stay again for the location. And we won 🎉🎉🎉

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel, with easy bus/taxi journey into central Lisbon. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the temperature of the shower would jump from ok to very hot every minute or so. Breakfast was good with quite a few options to choose from.

I don’t want to make damage to anyone, but in regards cleanliness: The shower floor was covered with fungus as well as the bathroom ceiling. The amount of 20€ was charged additionally for taxes? The breakfast bar was very limited and placed without any cover. I have photos of the bathroom ceiling and shower floor.
