We enjoyed two separate stays at this wonderful hotel. It is part of a refurbished palace, so be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the spacious and well appointed rooms.The staff is attentive and courteous, the location is great, and their in-room breakfast formula is a winner!

This is the perfect place to discover Lisbon! Great rooms appointed in a tasteful historic and modern style. It offers walkable access to all of historic Lisbon sites. The hotel is an old palace (2nd floor only). Very accommodating staff. brought breakfast the night before when we had Ealy tours. They keep our bags from early in the morning to after returning from a tour (late afternoon). Location is in the Old Town and walkable to most of the sites in Lisbon.

We had views of the castle and the sea from our gorgeous suite and the icing in the cake was having an amazing breakfast brought to our room every morning. Thoroughly recommend!

Lovely hotel in the Chiado neighborhood. The hotel is an old palace so the rooms are the perfect mixture of historic charm with modern amenities. The hotel staff was super helpful and welcoming, they even booked our restaurant reservations each night! You also can’t beat the breakfast and the VIEW!

Great hotel. Quiet. Very accommodating staff. There are some stairs to get to the hotel room but easily managed. There is no real lobby but we liked that because we felt like we were in our own palace. We rarely ran into any other people stating there. The room was beautiful and huge. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again.

Lovely trip

Really lovely place - the only negative would be the noise from the street which was pretty loud (we had suite 3) but the staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable and HUGE! Nice central location perfect for exploring Lisbon.
