The west hostel i have been stayed in my life

The room was west the expect the small of cooking around the house and there no AC or FAN service i recomment the please dont west your money

Roaches! This is someone’s home not a hostel

This was an uncomfortable stay… this is obviously someone’s home that is being marketed as a hostel. I never saw anyone change the sheets or clean the bathroom. And there were roaches in the shower. The man who works there was unprofessional: he yelled at me for using the washing machine even though I asked him if I could use it beforehand The entire place smelled like weed on several different occasions. Staff stays in the living room and talks all night so loudly you can’t sleep. I hated my stay here

NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE. CHEAP CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE. I was robbed while I was sleeping there, they took my documents, passport, money, cards and other belongings. The owners didn't give me any support, on the contrary, they treated me with a lot of arrogance as if I were the bandit. The place has no structure, no privacy in the beds, room without ventilation, 1 bathroom for everyone that was always dirty, they don't record guests, the cameras don't work properly and the closets are very fragile. The photos posted do not appear to be the same location.

I booked this hotel as British Airways changed my flight from Porto to Lisbon I was gonna stay e days I paid upfront . The fallowing day I got a message from British Airways that my flight was moved for the following day hotel was called at 7 am to be informed I would be arriving next day, , the fallowing day my flight was cancelled due to British Airways being overbooked ., the hotel refused to give me my money back .when I was looking forward to going home m but end up staying in London and losing money , terrible terrible experiences, thus has never happen in my life So I given à terrible terrible reputation and advise not to hook ,,

Avoid it at all cost

Firstly, they are not responsive at all. Their point of contact with Hotels.com does not speak English, which makes it difficult to sort out any situation. I booked a 4-bed dorm and when I got there, they put me in a 8-bed dorm. I complained about it and they said they were overbooked and couldn't give me what I paid for. Kitchen was locked, so I couldn't even get water. The bathrooms are super tiny and get completely wet when someone takes a shower. In the main flat, there are 2 showers and 2 toilets for 16 people. In the bedroom, the mattress is super thin and uncomfortable. Bed bolts are loose and make noise all night. There are not enough plugs and lockers for everyone. If you are on the top of the bunk bed, it is not possible to charge your devices close to you. If you want an uncomfortable stay, this is the place.

Premetto che sono arrivato alla sede indicata e dopo varie difficoltà nello spiegarmi in inglese anche soltanto il piano del palazzo mi hanno detto che essendo pieno sarei dovuto andare a un altro edificio, sempre facente parte del complesso, a circa 10 minuti a piedi (che con 25kg di zaino non sono il massimo con 35°C). Arrivato alla destinazione vengo accolto da un signore in maglietta e pantaloncini scalzo sul parquet, e questo è solo l’assaggio del livello di pulizia: lenzuolo macchiato ovunque (impossibile non accorgersene), bagni (uno carino, l’altro pessimo, entrambi con lo sciacquone mal funzionante) sporchi. Per accedere alla camera che mi viene assegnata devo attraversarne altre due. Il problema del servizio è che ti senti sempre seguito e osservato, soprattutto quando utilizzi la cucina (che per la sua completezza è uno dei pochi aspetti positivi) e addirittura nel letto, che dispone di tende che dovrebbero garantire privacy ma che più volte mi sono state scostate (forse per assicurarsi che non fossi scappato!). Varie volte ho lasciato a stendere il mio personale asciugamano bagnato sul davanzale e le scarpe sul terrazzino e me le sono ritrovate altrove. La cucina, come detto, non è male, mancano olio e sale, ma dico io come si fa, inoltre chiedo dove posso lasciare un pacco di pasta aperto e mi viene detto “in your locker”. Purtroppo ho finito lo spazio per scrivere, unica nota positva la metro vicinissima. Sconsigliatissimo.

Ich habe den gesamten Aufenthalt vorab bezahlt und konnte nicht in das Hostel einchecken. Ich rief an, um den Check in abzuklären, da konnte eine Person des "Personals" noch englisch mit sprechen und die telefonisch abgeklärten Zeiten usw. zusichern. Am Tag des Check ins konnte auf einmal niemand mehr englisch, ich kam nicht rein, hatte keinen Code, um in das Zimmer zu kommen und konnte auch telefonisch mit niemanden mehr sprechen. Ich bin dann bei einer Freundin untergekommen, die zum Glück noch ein Zimmer in Lissabon für ein paar Tage hatte.

O funcionário responsável pelo check in e que fica no hostel foi extremamente grosseiro, não sabe lidar com os clientes e não tem educação. Não pode usar da cozinha, somente o microondas o que acaba limitando muito as opções. A dona do lugar é maravilhosa, agora infelizmente o funcionário que fica no hostel é horrível e não sabe lidar com as pessoas.

The mattress was super thin and uncomfortable. Guests couldn't use the cooking facilities in the kitchen, only the microwave. The hostel was inconveniently at the top floor and initially the lift was broken. Initially there was no bath mat for the first few days. The water was inconveniently hot in the shower and you get to figure out a trick to get something bearable. I found bugs in the bathroom at one point which made me uncomfortable. There are little things that were holding this place back from being a good stay.
