A gem in Lisbon

We had a very spacious unit that was walking distance to everything we needed. Well equipped apartment and comfortable. I like that staff was always available in the hostel section next door.

It was too big for four people, but the kids enjoyed the spacious room. It's conveniently located near the station and the Auchan supermarket. During our stay, the air conditioner didn't work, there was no hot water, and there was a power outage, but the staff quickly responded and we were comfortable.

Spacious, clean and quiet

Surprisingly large. All staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and the bathrooms were nice. The couches and chairs could have been more comfortable but we were out and about the majority of our time.

Great place to stay, close to everything in Lisbon. Apartment was spacious and just as advertised. Perfect for my family of five. Great views from the balcony of rooftop apartment that we rented. Check in was confusing since it was not in the same building as the apartment but people running the place were great. Highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment

I would definitely recommend staying at Cruz Apartments. All of the staff at the Hostel for check-in and other questions, were very friendly and helpful! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed!

Large property with plenty of room for our families. Large space allows for comfort when you are at the apartment. Location is great - central location. Problem was the stench from the main washroom with a shower made it unusable and therefore the 4 teenagers had to use the master washrooms to shower. Door had to be kept closed to keep sewage smell from taking over apartment. Cleaning crew couldn’t fix the issue. Jacuzzi tub also had this smell and wasn’t useable. Dated furniture and some cleaning needed.

Cruz Apartments are a series of serviced tourist apartments one block off of the beautiful Av. da Liberdade in Lisbon. Our apartment was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed as a family of four with two teenaged kids who do not prefer to share a room. There was a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher, three comfortable bedrooms, two full baths and a family room/ dining room. There were balconies overlooking the city (and castle!) on each end of the apartment. It was a perfect situation for our family. The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. It was a bit worn at the edges, but no complaints here, the property was exactly what we needed. The staff were all very kind and very helpful. Definitely recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again on a return trip to Lisbon.

Bra, stor lägenhet med centralt läge!

Stor, bra och välutrustad lägenhet med två terasser på 5:e våningen. Perfekt för större familj eller kompisgäng. Centralt läge med närhet till kommunikationer. Bra med reception som var öppen dygnet runt. Perfekt att man kunde beställa taxi av hotellet- trevlig taxichaufför.
