Convenient location and easy check in, cozy interiors. Host responds reasonably promptly. However slow drains were not mentioned until day of check in, and it flooded bathrooms. They came in next day to clean it but forgot to give extra towels per request.

Excellent location for visiting Lisbon. The 4th floor apartment is spacious with 2 floors. The roof top views are amazing. The air conditioning worked well and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here.

The apartment had some positives: it was centrally located, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, several issues affected our stay. We received one door code by email and a different one by WhatsApp, which left us locked outside for about 30 minutes. We tried calling and messaging the host but received no response. We would also advise guests to be careful with their door code, as the door can still be opened with the code even when it is locked. The cockroach problem was the biggest issue. We found one dead cockroach on top of the bedroom door, one large live cockroach moving among the plates in the pantry, one behind the shampoo while showering and one crawling out of the shower drain. This felt very unhygienic and made us uncomfortable using both the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was constantly damp, smelled unpleasant, had water dripping from the ceiling that smelled like vomit and the hot water only lasted a few minutes. The apartment also felt dark, lacked privacy, and was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear neighbours, footsteps from upstairs, taps running, toilets flushing and showers being used. Overall, while there were some good features, we would not recommend this accommodation for longer stays, such as around 10 days, as the issues significantly affected our comfort.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Lisbon Alfama. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a fab location. It was super dark at night and very quiet, so we got lots of great sleep! I highly recommend for other couples.

We had issues immediately upon check-in, but the host disclosed the roach problem less than an hour before check-in. At that point, what options did we realistically have? We urgently needed somewhere to stay and had no reasonable time to find another place, so we were forced to spend the first night there. We found two roaches, including one dead and covered in dust under the bed. The apartment was filthy, with excessive dust and evidence of mold around the sink. The bathroom door could not close at all and could not open fully, forcing us to squeeze inside, and the shower had a disgusting smell. The bed was broken, and an electrical outlet came off the wall—a serious safety concern. The listing photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the property. The host gave excuses about cockroaches being common in Lisbon and claimed the apartment was regularly cleaned, but the evidence clearly showed otherwise. After the first night, we were so disgusted and uncomfortable that we had to urgently find and pay for another accommodation. This ruined a vacation we worked hard for and took time off to enjoy. The host was extremely difficult to communicate with and repeatedly disappeared when we needed answers. Expedia was not much help either. We were told we would receive a refund for the remaining nights, yet almost a week after leaving, there is still no sign of the refund. Overall, the property was awful, the host’s handling of the situation was unacceptable. AVOID!!!!!!!!

cute apartment with lots of stairs

great location, very cute little apartment. only issue was the stairs to get to the apartment. if you are traveling heavy with multiple heavy luggages, then ask the host for apartment number 1 otherwise you have to carry them up alot of stairs. we were on level 3 and it was hard getting in and out

Disgusting bathroom, it reeked of sewage and was covered in black mold. We were unable to use the bathroom or shower without gagging. The smell seeped into the unit and it was unliveable. Communication was terrible and the host was completely unwilling to help us. This was by far our worst stay during our 15 days in Portugal and Spain.

Le design du logement est très bien, avec vue intéressante sur le quartier et le fleuve. Comme visiteur venu de l'Amérique du Nord, le fonctionnement des appareils dans la cuisine me demandait des efforts d'apprentissage. Heureusement, il y a des vidéos sur Youtube qui m'ont aidé avec la plaque chauffante. Quant au four, ce n'était pas essentiel et les instructions semblent être écrites en polonais ! L'hébergement est sis sur le flanc d'une colline assez raide et, par conséquent, à mon âge (77 ans), je préférerais un quartier moins accidenté la prochaine fois.

Alfama にあるアパートメント、とても素敵な部屋でした。 二人で過ごすには十分な広さ、美しいインテリア。 坂と階段が多く歩きにくいエリアなので、Santa Apolonia からのアクセスはタクシーが良いでしょう。 アパートメントの前にcarrisの停留所があり、本数は多くないが運が良ければすぐ乗れるでしょう。 部屋へのアクセスについての連絡はとても適切で問題ありませんでした。 私たちが到着した時、wifiのパスワードが分かりませんでしたが、電話で聞くとすぐに教えてくれました。 彼女が言ったように、アパートメントの案内本にはwifiパスワードがありましたが、少し分かりにくかったです。 私達はWifiがないと何も出来ないので、分かりやすい場所に表示が欲しかったです。

Accesibilite avec des valises trescompliquees car escaliers tres abruptes pour acceder au logement. Aucune insonorisation entre les appartement, bruits escaliers et autres appartement en discontinu. Pas de micro onde. Pas de dechangement dd serviette et uniquement 2 rouleaux de pq pour 7 jours.... Poussiere non faite sous le canape et joints des carrelages douches noirs. Chambre pas assez luminuseuse et pas d aeration. Je doute des notes 10/10 deja attribuees a ce logement.
