The accommodation is very well located, clean and absolutely quiet. The landlady, who is always available and very helpful, deserves special mention. I would definitely book again.

Great place to stay to get a feel for being a local - nice coffee shop down the street - great corner store and restaurant - Geographia. A bit of a walk to the train, but the bus is quite close. Apartment slept three comfortably and was clean and well appointed.

The accommodation was very spacious and clean. There was everything you needed for a few days in the city. It was easy to get to the city center by bus and streetcar. The landlady was very nice and helpful. You could contact her with any questions and concerns. In conclusion, a nice place to stay in a beautiful city with a helpful landlord. Could`be better.

We had a wonderful stay at Casas Do Olival. It was quiet, comfortable, and in a wonderful neighborhood, local La Boulangerie was a big plus, in addition there is the river within walking distance. The apartment was also well stocked. I have to create a special paragraph for the following as though the property was great what was even more wonderful was the support we received from Sima at Casas do Olival throughout our stay that truly made our introduction to Portugal the best possible experience. My wife's luggage was lost at the airport which meant we had a super later check in time and Sima was with us, supportive, friendly, and flexible, to make sure we were able to arrive and get settled. Throughout our stay, Sima not only provided continued support around this but she even gave great advice on access to local shopping, restaurants, etc. Even when we didn't get our luggage during our stay Sima continued to be friendly and supportive throughout. I would rate our experience at Casas Do Olival a 10 out of 10, and would give Sima an 11 if I could. Thank you again Sima and Casas Do Olival. We would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Casas do Olival! Our host was super nice and friendly and super accommodating! She made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. She responded very quick to any questions we had. And there was a great cafe just down the block that we really enjoyed! Overall great experience and would book again!

A estadia é maravilhosa, muito ampla e completa. Tem inclusive maquina de lavar, o que é ótimo em viagens mais longas. A comunicação com a equipe também foi perfeita. A única questão é que fica um pouco distante do centro histórico e para chegar na casa precisamos subir ladeiras na rua além de subir escadas ao chegar, mas isso não foi problema. Pedíamos um bolt até onde queriamos ir com um custo bom. Voltaria e indicaria com certeza.

Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunftsverantwortlichen war immer sehr freundlich und sie war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Die Wohnung war super. Sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Der Standort war auch sehr gut. Ruhig und das Zentrum war zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
