So what I was hoping this property had was everything I wanted, a beautiful overhead street view while close to historical locations. We stayed in the penthouse apartment and had plenty of space and comfort. Fully functional and equipped kitchen with many options with spacious rooms. Going back and staying here again will be a no brainer. Staying at Jules & Madeleine apartment made our trip unforgettable while in Lisbon. Thank you Jules & Madeleine!

This property is very comfortable, very clean and safe. The location is central … you can walk to everything very easily, shopping, restaurants, cafes, the pier, supermarkets and entertainment including the train station/ ferry terminal if you’re planning a day trip out of Lisbon. It’s also relatively close to the airport (approx €12) I have to shout out the hosts who are super responsive, helpful and kind! My interaction with Marta makes me want to return! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your patience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location of the property and the property itself was great. The issue we had was that the air-conditioner wasn't working. We stayed there for two nights and had to keep the windows open for fresh air, but the noise from the traffic below made it next to impossible to sleep. We messaged the property agent but unfortunately they couldn't resolve it, which was a shame. It spoilt the whole experience for me.

Lovely place in a great location. Access is through a code so no contact with host but had a call before arrival to confirm all details had been received and a follow up call to ensure all good. Will definitely recommend as great base for a city break.

Good location

The room is in the heart of the city. Very central. It is very comfortable and it has everything you need. The communication lacked a little when asking for a slight extension for a late checkout.

We had a nice stay at this property. The rooms are clean and charming with plenty of light and roof top views. The self-checking instructions provided by the hosting agency worked well and we were also allowed to drop our luggage before our check-in time. The only disappointing issue was a short supply of hot water, which was only available for one person’s bath. The second person had to wait 20-30 minutes before water gets warmed up again by a local boiler.

This was a very comfortable and lovely apartment. Location was wonderful and was very well equipped. Access via code was very convenient and they were very responsive hosts.

Nice place very clean and close to everything. Very difficult to find and the gps takes you to the other end of the road. I had to ask a few locals and even them could not tell me. I recommend when you get to the road look for fígaros barber shop and it’s on the left next to a small shop.

Location is good. Communication not good, especially the check in is at 4 and they don’t really respond to you after 5 so you need to check everything before 5, in case you need something. We had a problem with AC wasn’t working and we didn’t notice this till after 5 we tried to contact them but no response we couldn’t sleep all night. They did solve the problem next day. They moved us to a different one.And they did know it wasn’t working from the beginning coz we saw them changing the whole AC. So we were disappointed to give us the apartment without AC.
