Maintenance is required here

Unit is in a comfortable and convenient area. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, kitchen and bathroom fans did not work, and main front entrance door did not lock. Bathroom seat was broken or improperly installed. Super slow stove top, hard to cook anything on it. The grill/broiler was also slow. Only way to get air in was to open the doors - no aircon and no windows. Only a small ceiling fan over the dinning room table.

El apartamento bien, la televisión podría ser mejor, y en la ducha poner una alfombra ya que resbala mucho. Cama cómoda y cocina bien. No está tan cerca del centro comercial vasco de gama como parece, son unos 10 minutos en Uber/bolt o 30 en autobús.

It was okay overall

It was fine but I did pay for a premium apartment only to be informed after I arrived there that it hadn’t been cleaned so it wasn’t ready and I was moved to another one. Which was great but didn’t had a balcony. Sadly no compensation was for different of prices was offered. Also I wasn’t able to check in immediately and they didn’t reply when I asked for a late check out. I wish they had done everything way more smoothly. The apartment itself was actually great and I would recommend.

Certamente terão nossas recomendações aqui no Brasil. O apartamento é ótimo e tem quase tudo. Só fica bem distante de Lisboa pra quem está à pé. Gostamos muito do apartamento.

Not A Hotel

My original review was inexplicably rejected. Here it is again. Apartment was clean, but cold and sparsely furnished. Check-in was a nightmare. I'm old school, I go to the address given, tell the clerk I have a reservation and he checks me in. The Apartments are several private apts spread over several streets. You are given a whole list of instructions. As my phone battery had died, we got to the 'hotel' address knowing nothing of this. Several calls to the telephone number given (an answering machine) and Hotels got nowhere and we were left in the rain for three hours before a girl arrived and berated us for not replying to her calls! Had to sign 'Terms and Conditions' which basically say you are crashing in on a private apt building unregistered. etc. This is not how a 'hotel' should work.

o apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado. Minha insatisfação foi que nas condições para realizar a reserva diz que o check in poderia ser feito a qualquer momento, sem restrições de horário , pagando uma taxa extra de 15 euros. Porém fiz a solicitação para check in 03:00 hrs , mas foi negada . Então fica a dica e atenção para quem reserva este apartamento... que o check in é somente 14:30 hrs a 23:00 hrs

It was my first time on and apartment instead of a hotel, it was good and reminded me of home. I was just sad it was away from the city center, or a Subway station for Thati matter. But overall, i really likes it, i woud rent it again

The apartment is great, but I was not aware that there was additional charge for late check in when I booked, and there was no hairdryer. We are not in the 1950's - ladies should not have to specifically ask for an appliance most use daily.

Un seul atout: sa proximité avec l’aéroport

Cet appartement est grand et propre, mais mal équipé. Il a fallu demander une cafetière, il n’y avait ni grille-pain, ni linge à vaisselle, ni détergent à lave-vaisselle, ni gants de four, De plus, les serviettes étaient humides à notre arrivée. On a conclu qu’elles étaient fraîchement lavées et qu’elles n’avaient pas eu le temps de sécher. Un des matelas était inconfortable. Enfin, l’appartement est encerclé d’autoroutes, pas question d’aller chercher un pain à pied.

Apartamento moderno e confortável na região do Parde das Nações. Próximo a estação de comboios de Sacavém, Parque do Tejo e supermercado (Pingo Doce). Shopping a 40min apé (Vasco da Gama). Wi-fi funciona bem.

Boa hospedagem.

Foi uma boa estadia , recomendo para quem não gosta de ficar nos locais de turismo e festas noturnas, mas prefere ficar perto destas festas e noites . Muitas atrações perto , vale a pena . PRoxima ao metro , shopping , ônibus e trem da estação oriente .

Desilusão.

Não gostamos do apartamento. As imagens não condizem com a realidade. Principalmente pq todas as primeiras imagens são lindas de apartamentos com varanda é vista pro jardim e pra Ponte Vasco da Gama, bem diferente da visão que eu tive do apartamento. Apartamento T0 que anunciam como T1. Pequeno e desconfortável. Insuportavelmente quente mesmo à noite. Apesar de nos terem arranjado um ventilador (ventoinha), o calor é muito! O banheiro (casa de banho) é pequeno e apertado. Não é bonito como os que vimos nas fotos com vidro blindex na banheira. É uma banheira minúscula e com aquelas cortinas de tecido que, por falta de espaço, enquanto toma banho a cortina fica grudando em você. As gavetas de talheres estavam muito sujas e precisamos limpar tudo. Não há ao menos a cortesia de um sabão para máquina de lavar louças ou roupa. Sinceramente, não vale a pena. Recomendo solicitar fotos do apartamento que irá ocupar antes de ir para não passar o mesmo que eu. Assim não irá se sentir enganado.

Good apartment for a family on vacation.

Good sized apartment with all the amenities. Full kitchen was really helpful. Had to wait some time for checking as they were very busy that day. Good location, but a little hard to find. Better directions would be helpful. Would stay again.
