I absolutely love how super clean and welcoming this place is! The location is fantastic, and the staff have been incredibly helpful from day one. I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this spacious and comfortable place for a wonderful stay.

Staff were friendly and checkin/out was easy. Room very spacious and presented well. 25 minute walk to centre which was good and public transport outside. We arrived when supermarket was closed - some basics provided which was nice. Needs better lighting in the property and a new mattress but not unbearable.

Vanessa, the evening concierge, was very helpful and friendly with lots of good tips and recommendations. The location was very central and easy to get around the city. We felt safe with a local vibe and lots of little markets/groceries close by.

I stayed in this hotel during the summer months of July 2025 with my family and friends. I loved the rooms and the service throughout my stay. The staff, was very helpful with any issues and requests we had during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and finished with modern elements throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, Ac in the rooms wasn’t cooling enough, but the staff fixed the issue immediately. The outdoor terrace was nice for having a meal/drink.

The location was very good, subway and grocery very close. Communication from reception was not quite clear, especially on being careful of forgetting the keys in the room as the door was auto-locking. The air condition was also quite weak and could not sufficiently cool the room. Overall good experience, but things to consider to improve.

Spacious with everything you need

It’s a spacious apartment with everything equipped. Supermarket is just opposite to it. Btw, We saw a fly inside our apartment the first day but then it disappeared after turning on the ac very high. 😉 The staff here are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended if you don’t want to stay close to those tourist sites with a lot of noises.

Three adults stayed for four nights on the 6th floor with a balcony. Very friendly staff and a well-equipped apartment with kitchen, 2 AC units, TV, and good blackout curtains. Excellent location with supermarkets, restaurants (tip: Sammy Sosa),and Tradições Gourmet (didnt eat but it was it was hightlight of our stay), metro and bus right outside. Easy access to airport, city and not to far away from beaches. Some minor cleaning issues and street noise, but overall a great stay! I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you're visiting Lisbon :)

Muy buena opción para turismo familiar

Personal de recepción muy atento, apartamento espacioso con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días (lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, suministros). A la llegada teníamos galletas, mermelada... para poder tomar un break. A unos 20-30 min andando de todos los puntos de interés turístico del centro y también transporte público en la puerta. Un pequeño jacuzzi está disponible y un billar. Como punto mejorable, la zona de la entrada de cafetería y billar da la primera impresión de estar descuidada

Logement confortable pour deux personnes avec toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin. Près des transports en commun (métro) facilitant les déplacements.
