"Lovely hotel. Great location. Breakfast area a bit chaotic, especially when a number of young children. You feel rushed to make decision and end up not altogether satisfied."

"There were some paint dings in the bedroom we were in and a little bit of stains by wall next to the couch we had in the Margaret room that the cleaning staff should have wiped down. However, I would rate this hotel a 5 out 5. The staff is incredible, especially Isteven and Marcelle. They went above and beyond assisting us and tending to our needs. Our sheets were changed after 2 days, the room was cleaned well and the bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast is decent but the service is the best. Our room was big and and spacious and everything else in the hotel is very cleaned and maintained, including the spa and pool area. I highly recommend this hotel and hope they continue to keep up the great service. We were a group of 11 with 4 rooms reserved for 5 days. We are very pleased."

"Excellent location. On pest side. It was during the heatwave that we arrived. Air con was perfect, very strong. We were on a cruise with Viking which had booked 2 days for us. We extended one extra day, requesting that we stay in the same room and it was accommodated. Thank you. Viking reservation included breakfast and the spread was extremely expansive and robust . Wonderful hotel."
