"The property was very clean and nice. It was located perfectly for my needs. The room was private and quiet. The host, Girum, was very nice and friendly. He was also very hospitable and accommodating. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely return."

"Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back"

"The hotel was absolutely terrible doesn't deserve more than 2 stars not sure who assigned them 3 stars. The building looked really old and was begging to be remoldeled. The thing the room was moldy my family get coughing the entire night. They changed the room fortunately which was a hassle. They charged us extra for staying 5 mins extra which is insane. Plus the breakfast was only granola bar, crackers and juices. For a hotel that's charging close to $90 a night is absolute garbage. Not doing their again. "

"Pros- location was good for us as it was only 12 minutes from our son & daughter in law’s house and also close to the highway. Cons - sketchy neighborhood (one neighbor’s house looked like an auto repair shop); back yard is not safe for dogs - there is much trash (old tire, broken plastic parts, loose bricks, loose wires, fence loose in many places); beds were not comfortable; one bathroom door didn’t open all the way; there was a foosball table in the kitchen that doesn’t appear in the online photos and was really in our way; the kitchen was minimally equipped for cooking; and finally, the owner, Maria, was quite unfriendly when I mentioned to her that we were going to have our family over for dinner on our first night. I am a rental host myself and I know what it takes to make guests comfortable. I have to say this house does not meet normal expectations."
