"The property is nice and room was clean. The staff was friendly and the pools are fun. The parking was just over 30 bucks a night so include that in your price."

"Our room was Clean and Smelled Nice! I appreciate the ladies who helped keep it clean. We stayed in building F. It was by the buses/ shuttles and was super noisy during our stay. I had constant headaches due to it, on Saturday From 6am to 10pm it was nonstop NOISY. Helicopters, Busses. family shuffles, I finally went to bed by 11pm with melatonin, it was a little rough. Other than that our stay was good for Orlando, as the location was close to everything."

"Staff was amazing!!! Our room had a non working toilet and clogged sink but clean. Location was awesome. Would probably stay there again just wish they would maintain the bathroom stuff a little better. Pool was also nice and the lobby very clean. Breakfast was a very nice selection as well."

"This property is conveniently located to all of the theme parks, Without the hustle of being in the middle of them. The staff was friendly at check-in. Our condo was nice and had a good view of the pool and lake. It was frustrating that our dryer did not work in our condo and housekeeping never came and emptied our trash while we were there for the week. When we checked in there was a bunch of garbage in the hallway outside of our room from another condo and it was still there 24 hours later.. so we had to call the front desk because the hallway was starting to stink. Our condo never had any paper towels or washcloths, and we reached out to guest services for them and never received them."

"Everything was wonderful. Yes check in had a long line but it was smooth and pretty fast for how long of a line it was. I accidentally locked myself out of my room on the first day and instantly was helped. The shuttle stuff can be a little confusing especially when you are leaving the parks, however the shuttle service driver ended up taking us back to our hotel anyways. There are two avanti’s make sure you get on the I-Drive one! Be early! Rooms at hotel aren’t sound proofed either so maybe ear plugs or something to that extent if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that I will definitely be booking here again!!!!"
