"We had to move in the middle of the night from our previous hotel due to no air-conditioning and to high temperatures in rooms. Your staff at night was amazing and gave us a late check out due to the fact that we had to wake up in the middle of the night sweating at their other hotel and she moved to a better hotel so thank you so much."
