The gentleman (Zach) at the front desk was very friendly made us feel welcome Check in and out easy Room clean Bed comfy Parking lot well lit Easy to locate We didnt get up in time for breakfast we chose to sleep in but it was available until 10am which is nice Upon leaving everyone we ran into said Good morning and have a nice day which makes you feel like they care Definitely will stay again if in town

Good enough for a cheap and quick layover stop to sleep. Nice shower pressure and temp for 5 showers in a row. Decent breakfast options. The lingering smoke smells in the hall and strong febreeze type smell in the room were a turnoff.

Mold in fridge. Dirty mocrowave.Noisy ac unit. Guy at desk at night check in using inappropriate language. Noticed Random people hanging outside the side of hotel working on bicycles at 5:00am when leaving for the day. Oh yeah dont forget your 100$ deposit every check in. Or you could possibly be denied access to your belongings inside your room. Overall would not recommend this place to anyone. I would suggest paying the few extra dollars the surrounding hotels charge.

Being told, they could not take an email from hotel. S.com, showing a modification of a booking and being told that 4 people in a room was against fire code. And that when someone comes to visit that they could only visit for 1 to 2 hours, and that was it, there were many things that the I'm assuming. Was the manager or owner of the hotel? She was very, very rude and uncooth

Staff was incredible although the room are kind of unclean. There was dead skin on the toilets upon arrival so I had to sit on towels the entire stay. I’m allergic to centipedes and found several. I eventually replaced into a new room which was 10x better. Staff is amazing and kind

The staff was positive and friendly, that was a good thing. It was a bit difficult to part our RV, Small spaces and no turn around in front. No coffee machine worked in the morning, not in the breakfast area or the single brew in our room.

Been here twice now. Love this hotel even more now that I stayed within the Cedar Rapids area. Great food and brewery’s nearby the hotel. Maybe not *right next door but close enough. Good breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean rooms. Definitely coming back.
