When I checked in for 2 rooms I made sure that pets were only allowed on the first floor. We were on the third floor and a dog barked and growled all night on our floor. There was also an overwhelming constant smell of pot throughout the hotel. We will not be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful when both the refrigerator and the television in the room they gave me were not working. The room and hotel itself are showing some wear and tear, especially the carpeting in the room. There were a couple of boxes elder bugs in the room as well both dead and alive. Complementary breakfast was about his bare bones as you could possibly get. Overall would not recommend.

Shower didn’t get as hot as I like, the sink handle was janky and fell down when you put it up, smelled a little like dog. Had a hard time getting the temp right in the room. Blankets weren’t the best. The outlets holes on the lamps were so big my charger, blow dryer, straightener plus would just fall out. Maid came to clean the room and walked in while we were still there. It was only 9am and checkout is at 11 Was Kind of expensive room for what we got. Bed was okay. I don’t normally complain but the price was ridiculous for this room.

The breakfast was excellent eggs biscuit and gravy, waffles yogurt cereal bagels host of other items. Room and hallways very clean nice lobby able to sit and read. Walking path close by. Very helpful staff, bed was very comfortable room temp constant and elevator to floors.

I'm just going to say this...over the years have you noticed the decline in the hotel quality? They're now owned and operated by 3rd world people with 3rd world motives, just take the money... The costs go up but the amenities disappear, they say they have a hot tub, but it's shut off, they say they have an ice maker but it's shut off, check out is 11:00 am but they come knocking on the door at 8:00 am We selected that hotel for the hot tub and told them this, of course they said we could "upgrade" to a room with a larger tub for $20. Remember the days of customer service they would have just upgraded at their expense, but not in this 3rd world mentality they just do not care. Comfort Inn & Suites, your name is on the sign and it doesn't look good for you! I will not be back to any Choice Hotels....
