"Fantastic place ! We stayed in the Parisian room and it was absolutely stunning. Loved the little touches, electric blinds , TV in the bathroom,espresso machine etc .. also right in the middle of KL , all different type of restaurants. Breakfast at the Royal was very nice too ! "Room was clean and tidy, heated to a pleasant temperature The staff were impeccable as in friendly and helpful even to the point of feeling familiar We can't fault anything. We will be back. However I did notice a few problems around the pool causes by moisture however I would never let that spoil my up most opinion of a great hotel but I know some folks will. Thank you to all at the hotel. I love Ambleside "
