10/10 Excellent

"The only real issue we ran into was that the address we originally had brought us next door, and since the service is very scarce out there - I just highly recommend you make sure you have the correct one programmed before you journey lol 😆. Other than that , the price for the amount of space we got (1 bedroom with a loft, full kitchen, front and back deck) was amazing! The view of the mountain including of the Gondola we eventually went up on. The sound of the river at night. Plus the deck double the size I've ever had for any other hotel I've been at. We had our choice of pool and hot tub, because it wasn't peak season. The elevator even made a funny *toot* sound which (as childish as we are) will be a lasting memory for us. We didn't see much of the staff, but the front desk as we came in were very nice ..and even as I checked in I forgot my phone and they called up to let me know 😅 . The room had so much space, I thought the refrigerator was ringing haha (hint, it's on the wall in between the kitchen and dining room)"

"My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for a little getaway and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was cozy, modern, and had such a homey feel to it. The decor was beautiful, and the mountain views right outside the windows were absolutely stunning. The area was also very quiet and peaceful, which made it even more relaxing.The location was excellent very close to White Mountain National Forest, Franconia Notch State Park, local restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything really convenient. The condo was also fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay, which we really appreciated.Check-in was very easy, and the host had excellent communication with very fast responses anytime we had questions.A few things future guests may want to keep in mind are more personal preference rather than negatives. Both king beds were on the firmer side, and after several nights our backs were a little sore since we prefer softer mattresses. Also, there are two sliding doors but no security bars, so families with small children may want to bring compact ones. The dining room curtains also don’t fully cover the windows, and the kitchen window has no blinds, which felt a little uncomfortable at night when walking around in pajamas. Lastly, there are quite a few stairs leading up to the condo, so just keep that in mind if stairs are difficult for you.Overall though, we would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our trip."

"142 Black Mountain Rd was an ideal house for our visit in Lincoln , NH . Plenty of space for my very large family to spread out or cluster to share this special time together . My daughter (the bride) had a beautiful large room with gorgeous views and natural light to get ready . Plenty of bathrooms and accessories at our disposal . The house was immaculate . We were so happy to be here - thank you for making it so comfortable and convenient . Close to town and the mountain for everything we needed . A ski mountain top wedding ! Highly recommend for a multi ages family and or friends . "

"Another wonderful stay!This was our 2nd year at this amazing house with great space. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out, as well as gather as a group. The house was very clean and well cared for. The location offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to return next year!!"
