"This hotel has become our "go to" favorite when staying in the Cedar Falls area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Safe area. Very friendly staff. A nice pool. Breakfast available in the mornings. Easy to find location not too far off of highway 20. Very close to gas stations. "

"We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience. "

"The space is absolutely wonderful for a family to stay and spread out in! The rooms were super cozy and comfortable; kitchen well stocked. There are quite a few unfinished touches about the renovation but overall the house was lovely. Communication with the owner/manager needs improvement. We were told 3 different check out times and the next guest arrived as we were packing up to leave. I think the management company can step up their game, but overall the house is lovely and we’d be really happy to stay here again. "

"The campsite is located on a gravel road about 2 miles from the casino. Your cabin name is listed on big green wooden signs that lead you to yours. There are names on each cabin to help you easily locate. The road was a little rough for a small car on account of the rain wash, but doable. The outside look of the cabin doesn't do the inside justice. Much nicer inside. They had bug spray and charcoal, towels, and a microwave. Two full size beds. The shower water was warm, and the toilet didn't have any issues. My only complaints are the hill you have to park on (I parked at the bottom of it and carried my belongings up), the bathroom door squeaks loud, there is no walking path to the door from the front, and you can see the first bed from the door, really made me feel uncomfortable, needs to have a cover on it for privacy. "
