Fantastic visit beautiful home across from a large park with horses grazing Hosts couldn’t of helped us more we were treated like guests in their home Breakfast was made to order delicious better than at home This home would be our first choice if back in Lincoln again Thank you for making our stay in your historic town the best it could be ❤️

Fantastic location, great breakfast, friendly hosts, good price - would stay here 10 times out of 10 over any other big names. You just get so much more, from the cleanliness to the size of the room and the breakfast was superb.

Wonderful property. Enjoyed having breakfast while watching the horses in the Commons area across the road. Hosts Gordon and Deborah were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommend this for a home away from home stay.

A fabulous guest house in a very quiet area with lovely rooms, great views and wonderful hosts. The breakfast was freshly made with good quality ingredients and was one of the best we’ve had. There were lots of free parking spaces outside the property and it only took 15 minutes to walk into the Centre of Lincoln. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely guest house.

What an amazing find! We received a warm welcome and our room was beautiful with comfortable bed, fluffy towels and a modern bathroom. Lots of choice at breakfast, food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Good Breakfast

Hosts were lovely, and breakfast was better than we have had at much more expensive hotels. Only issue we might raise is the rooms are not very soundproof so if you have a noisy neighbour and your a light sleeper you might get disturbed.

Fabulous private hotel

Fabulous property and beautifully decorated. The bedroom first class with en-suite and provided with shower gels etc and very fluffy towels. The hosts very friendly and welcoming and breakfast outstanding. Ideally situated for walk into the city and takes around 15-20mins. Would highly recommend and excellent value for money.

Amazing find in Lincoln!

Lovely little B&B on the outskirts of the centre. We were welcomed in and taken to our beautiful room on the first floor. Room was immaculately presented and finished to an amazing standard. Breakfast service was also exceptional. Will 100% be coming back to stay again later in the year. Fantastic place with fantastic hosts.

Hosts Debbie and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift to town in the evening. The accommodation is to a high standard on a quiet road overlooking fields. Great breakfast in the morning. It is around a 15 to 20 minute walk in to town. Would definitely book again.

Lovely small guest house with great hosts.

Lovely location opposite the park. Easy to find and ample parking. Lovely welcome when we arrived and room was spacious and tidy. Big wardrobe and shower room. Tea making facilities available with lots of supplies. Bed was clean and comfortable with lots of pillows. Great choice at breakfast and good start to the day. Recommended

We liked everything about The Old Lodge Guest House! It was amazing, super clean, fantastic free parking and the hosts we so friendly and kind and helpful and nothing was to much trouble! Really truly lovely people. And the free breakfast, omg it all was beautifully cooked, all fruit and juices and cereal laid out, beautiful clean bright breakfast front room, I can't recommend this guest house enough! 5-Stars easy, 6-Stars if I could, if and when we are down in Lincoln again definitely booking into this Guest house, if you get chance book and experience class at a very reasonable price! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely location with a common ground opposite the property with Horses and Deer. Just a 30 minute walk into the City Centre and 5 minute drive from both the LNER Stadium (LCFC) and the Bomber Command Memorial Centre. The owners Gordon and Deborah were very nice, greeting you when you arrive and even taking your bags up to your room for you if required. They also offered to drop you into town if you wanted. Rooms were nice and quiet with full English breakfast if you wanted it. Other breakfast options were available. Highly recommended for couples or singles.
