  • This stylish & comfortable place to stay is perfect for a small group or family trips. Recently refurbished with 2 living rooms, 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen Diner, 2 Bathrooms and stunning decked area for alfresco dining with views to the south of the city.
    Close to the cathedral quarter (10-12 mins walk), the city centre (15 mins walk) & next to the beautiful arboretum.
    The house is pet friendly with many good walks to be found close by.
    A perfect house to enjoy quality time with family and friends, with a hot tub to soak in after long day exploring the beautiful historic city of Lincoln. Ample space both inside and out to kick back relax and uniwnd.

Amazing Value for Money

The pictures don't do it justice, the house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Ideal location. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, the house is so well equipped and has literally everything you could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous and so responsive and even included a welcome basket with wine, treats and bread and milk. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, amenities and house in general. We will 100% be back

Amazing Stay!

We had a really wonderful stay. Hosts were attentive and communicative. The home was beautifully decorated and designed and the rooms and home in general was very spacious. Parking was always available on the street and we loved being close to shops and places to eat. The back garden was beautifully maintained. As Americans we aren't used to having neighbors so close so we didn't end up using the hot tub, but if the weather had been cooler I think we would have. The kitchen was well stocked and a wonderful place to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cotton linens were ideal and kept us cool at night. We would definitely stay again.

Great House

Stuart was very communicative, answering usually within minutes. Facilities are great, very comfortable place with good choices of rooms. We didn't get to use the hot tub as much as we'd have liked, as on arrival, we had a meal out booked soon, so the first night was out. The first day weather was terrible, none stop rain till the evening, so it wasn't comfortable to be outside much, then the second day we were out most of the day.

Beautiful house in a quiet location. House very clean and well equipped. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Would have no hesitation in recommending for a short stay.

Beautiful house, so many lovely touches from the hosts. Basket of goodies, fresh milk and butter were left for us. 2 bottles of processco for my mum. Let us check in early and leave late. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
