Set on Duck Lake in Tatterhsall Country Park, this breath-taking lodge has 3 bedrooms, a modern en-suite & shower room, a family bathroom, ample kitchen area with open plan living and dining rooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one has two single beds with each room having plenty of wardrobe and storage space.

The full kitchen has a microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and large workspace along with a breakfast bar/island complete with bar stools. The dining area has a large solid wooden table and 6 comfy chairs. The living room has plenty of seating, a full log burner logs only provided in winter. (perfect for cosy nights in!), large tv, DVD/Blu-Ray Player and large patio doors giving amazing views of the lake.

All fuel, gas, water and electricity are included in the price. Logs will also be provided in winter for the log burner. Fresh bed linen included in price. Travel cot and high chair are available to use for no charge.

Bed linen is commercially washed at 90 degrees and the Lodge is steam cleaned before your arrival.

Located in Tattershall (near Coningsby) and in close proximity of Horncastle, Sleaford & Boston; there is always plenty to see and do in and around the Lincolnshire Fens!

Tattershall Country Park has plenty of facilities for the whole family - passes to the facilities are sold separately not through the park (if you let me know when you book, these need to be obtained two weeks prior to your visit, with a separate bank transfer to myself)

Please note there is an RAF air base near by and during the week there may be some noise of aircraft. No Stag or Hen parties are permitted on this private lake. No night fishing; just dawn to dusk.

CCTV is in operation when no guests are visiting. CCTV will be disarmed by remote on your arrival and armed at 10am on the day of your departure. Electric car charging facilities are provided opposite the lodge, vehicles are not permitted to be charged at the lodge the damage deposit will be kept if this rule is broken.
