"We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year!"

"The property is ideally located to explore all areas of Lincolnshire, it is situated in a lovely village with good amenities. The property was very welcoming, clean and very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is very nicely decorated, had a comfy sofa and bed and was very pleasant to go back to after a day exploring. We would certainly recommend the property and would love to stay again in the future."

"We chose the house because it was equidistant for everyone to travel to. We had 3 cars and there was ample parking for all of them. The house & gardens were amazing.We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ (although it is different from the photo ) Everyone commented on how comfy and luxurious the bed/bedding was. The layout of the kitchen and dining area is better than the photos too and we enjoyed breakfast and playing games & dominoes on the table. The Friendship inn provided an excellent venue for Fridays evening meal and is literally 2 minutes walk away. Sam’s communication was very prompt and helpful and we all highly recommend the property as a place to stay.Thank you for helping us make great memories."
