Could hear every footstep including a child bouncing around until 10:30pm. Not ideal for a work trip. If I was to stay again I would have to request a first floor room."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff member who checked us in must have been one of the most polite men I’ve ever met in my life, truly exceptional service. The only minor concern is the outside noise, which other reviewers have also pointed out. It’s not something the hotel can realistically resolve without major structural changes, so if you’re sensitive to noise, bringing ear plugs is a good idea."
