Nice customer service lady!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, she allowed us to stay in the room until 3pm, we had to catch a 7pm flight. I missed the buffet breakfast... lol.. but they brought breakfast to our room, nice selection of bread, fruit and drinks. The hotel is located near to the Kennedy Park, restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was not very good. In fact they changed our hotel to another one on the night of our arrival. I can not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here twice. First stay (prior to going to the Amazon and Cusco) we had a lovely room on the 6th floor. When we returned to Lima we were given a room on the third floor. The safe was locked when we arrived, the bathroom flooded and there was no minibar in this room. This room had a somewhat downtrodden look about it. All in all though, the hotel is central yet fairly quiet, and the staff are friendly with good English

O hotel é muito bom, excelente custo-benefício, confortável e bem localizado, ficando próximo ao Parque Kennedy e outras atrações de Lima. A equipe é atenciosa e chegou a nos emprestar um cartão para que usássemos o transporte metropolitano sem precisar comprar um, apenas adquirimos os tickets. Café da manhã excelente.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size with all needed items. The bathroom was larger, the shower large, and the water hot as needed with great pressure. Food; we needed room service on one occasion, the food was good, fast, and not expensive. A very nice breakfast, nice assortment that changed slightly daily, good quality, and Very Nice staff.

From the pictures I expected a more modern looking room. It was a bit noisy during day time. When vacuum cleaning the hallways it was noisy, especially when the knocked the vacuum cleaner against the room door. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is perfectly located, with walking distance to some key area.

Quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Funciona´rio da limpeza e a do café da manhã são prestativos e atenciosos. Grande problema é a restrição para fazer check in e check out. Parece até má vontade dos funcionários da recepção em não permitir uma entrada mais cedo ou um late check out.

Bien ubicado, pero muy ruidoso

En general bien, buena ubicación. Desayuno variado, pero las instalaciones son bastante pobres. La aislación es nula, por lo que se sienten todos los ruidos de otras piezas y pasillos, las camas son muy duras y por ende es facil despertarse en la noche. Extrañé que no tuvieran frigobar en las piezas ni un lugar para fumadores

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Miraflores und ist mit Airport express bus shuttle ideal zu erreichen. Sehr einfaches Zimmer und aufgrund der Lage (neben Expressway) könnte für anderen auch laut sein. Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Preis-Leistung für Miraflores passt. Freundliches Personal.
